Reconstructions of building services

Reconstructions of apartment houses and public buildings also include the replacement of building services. Renewal of building services is an integral part of comprehensive reconstruction, since they comprise the parts of buildings which are most used and are subject to wear and tear. Structure of the E-RAN GROUP, a.s. also includes the subsidiary dealing with building services renewal.

Its main activities include reconstructing water, sewerage, gas and air-conditioning riser pipes in residential houses. Our auxiliary services include legal disposal of asbestos-cement materials and free complex consulting regarding riser pipes reconstructions in form of personal consulting on the site or organizing specialized seminars on the reconstruction of distributions all around Slovakia. When disposing asbestos at individual sites, it is necessary to cooperate with the Regional Public Health Office and the Environmental Office. Our Company provides for "turnkey" disposals, i.e. without unnecessary burdening the apartment owners by complicated paperwork.

During our activity, we have reconstructed the distributions of gas, electricity, water and sewerage in more than 60 apartment houses and 3,000 apartments all around Slovakia.
