Municipal Housing

The company E-RAN GROUP, a.s. introduces a new and unique project of rental housing for municipalities, the MUNICIPAL HOUSING, which is a brand new concept on the current market. This project is exceptional for its unique combination of all options concurrently available regarding the construction of apartment houses in municipalities and towns, considering the most advantageous conditions in terms of economy and implementation. Progressive rental housing is designed for young families, individuals, seniors or anyone who cannot afford to finance their own housing through mortgage loans. As the first company in Slovakia, we construct modern rental houses in new prefabricated structures.

Rental apartments provided by municipalities or towns to their citizens belongs among the most urgent topics addressed by self-governments all around Slovakia. This way, municipalities are trying to simply solve the shortage of housing capacities for young families at very affordable prices.

At the time, we are completing the construction of two rental houses in Selec (24 h.u.). Further projects are under preparation for several municipalities in the region of Trenčín.
