The company E-RAN Slovakia spol. s r. o. originated in 2004, 50 years from construction of the first "panel house". It is a reputable and stable company, which has been part of the Slovak construction market for 12 years now. It is a modern and dynamic company specializing mostly in complex renewal of apartment houses and in energy efficient measures aimed at radical cuts of spending for heating of households and elimination of structural flaws. In terms of thermal-technical requirements, the panel houses are unsatisfactory in the context of ever-increasing energy prices. It is necessary to renew them not only considering the growing energy prices but also in order to maintain the functionality of the apartment house in terms of safe, healthy and aesthetic living.

During our 12-year activity on the construction market, we have completely or partially renewed almost 300 apartment houses, for 45,000 people in 50 towns all around Slovakia. We have insulated 850,000 m2 of facade and reconstructed 5,200 loggias and balconies. In the following stage of apartment houses reconstruction, we provide for replacement of lifts, internal distributions (water, gas, sewerage) and other parts of the residential house.

For our long-term work, we obtained 12 prestigious awards at the CONECO international fair and many more.
