The company DOM – BYT Financie, s. r. o. originated in 2014. The main mission of the company is to carry out activities of the independent financial agent in the loans and consumer credit area. Acquisition of own housing or business premises is an important milestone in the life of everyone and therefore it has to be thought through well, considering all the options. DOM – BYT Financie provides its clients with individual consulting. The company representatives will advise the clients about the purchase and sale of property, how to obtain a mortgage loan, how to use building savings, how to apply for a loan from the State Housing Development Fund, how to refinance new housing or business premises using own sources, mortgage loans of commercial banks and offers an option to draw the State Housing Development Fund. They also offer a complete administrative service until the loan drawdown, propose the most favourable financing model up to the amount of 100 % of the property price. Clients are liberated from preparing the materials for drawing up pledge agreements and we can also help them with timely drawdown of their mortgage loans.
