BÝVANIE – PRE – TEBA (HOUSING-FOR-YOU) is the investment concept of E – RAN GROUP, a.s. It is a new, interesting, attractive and unique program of polyfunctional housing in Trenčín.

In 2014, we completed successfully the construction of the apartment complex OLBRACHTOVA. The apartment house consists of eight overground floors and one underground floor. The first overground floor contains entrances to the apartment house and independent commercial spaces such as restaurant, dental surgery, offices and shops. As of today, all the apartments and commercial spaces have sold out.

These days, we are launching another project of polyfunctional object called RUBIKON. The polyfunctional object offers its future owners superior conditions at reasonable prices, pedestrian access to the town centre and manifold amenities. In the close vicinity of the polyfunctional object, a children's playground with greenery for young families will be constructed, replacing the original concrete playground.
